LANDSEC – 105 SUMNER STREET / the Forge – full Toilet Fit -Out

Ruddy are delighted to confirm they have recently secured the full Toilet Fit – Out package valued @ £4.5m being their latest London development project. 105 Sumner Street SE1 is a 139,000 ft2 office development situated behind the Tate Modern .

The Forge development on Sumner Street will be the world’s first large-scale office scheme to be built using a standardised “kit of parts”, an approach known as platform design for manufacture and assembly (P-DfMA).

Landsec the property developer aspires this to be the first commercial building to be both constructed and operated in line with the UK Green Building Council’s (UKGBC) net zero carbon buildings framework and associated energy performance targets.

The office development consists of two nine – floor buildings and will benefit from a range of amenities including terraces on different levels, all focused around an internal courtyard.
