Prime residential specialists Sons & Co have appointed Ruddy to supply & fix the £ 3m joinery door package on 185 Park Street development due for completion 2022.

This is a brand new mixed – use development consisting of 163 apartments, 87,000 sqft office and retail space, and a landscaped pedestrian boulevard connecting Park and Emerson Street. 185 Park Street will create three elegant sculptural buildings , providing workspace in a ten storey building, and two residential blocks – fifteen and nineteen storeys respectively – along with amenity at ground and lower ground, and retail and café spaces.
