80 Fenchurch Street

Ruddy are delighted to confirm they have secured the full Joinery Fit-Out package valued at £5m on the latest London development;

Skanska  – 80 Fenchurch Street  – General joinery fit – out 

Skanska won the £127m contract for the construction of 80 Fenchurch Street in early 2018, and the intention is for the office building to become an iconic tower in the heart of the City of London. This new construction will offer a rare alternative through the inclusion of six landscaped roof gardens

80 Fenchurch Street will be a 14-storey building comprising 22,000 m² of office accommodation and 1,140 m² of retail space. The developer is Partners Group Fenchurch Ltd and architect is TP Bennett.

The development is expected to be completed during 2020.
