GATEWAY CENTRAL , WHITE CITY DEVELOPMENT

Ruddy are delighted to confirm they have recently secured the reception area & joinery fit – out works at the Gateway Central , White City development in partnership with Sir Robert McAlpine Ltd. The project is planned for completion end 2022.

Situated on the southern part of the existing White City Development , Gateway Central is an 11-storey new commercial building providing office and retail floorspace with a single storey basement. The Ground Floor also includes an entrance lobby and back of house areas with cycle parking and shower facilities for occupants. The Basement includes car parking, plant, and storage. All upper floors consist of B1 Offices. A screened open top plant area is accommodated on the 11th floor/roof level. Six floors of the building are pre-let to L’Oréal UK and Ireland for use as their new HQ and training academy (at Ground Floor).

Gateway Central is the next step in transforming White City Place into a global business district for world class companies. Delivering over 260,000 sq. ft. of new floor space, the building will  meet the significant demand for office space at White City Place. L’Oréal’s commitment to moving their new headquarters to the new building will complement the mix of other creative companies that call White City their home.
