Working with the Berkeley Group , Ruddy are very pleased to have secured the £3m  Joinery & Carpentry package  due for completion mid-end 2024.

The Grand Union development will create a vibrant new canalside neighbourhood. Located in Alperton, close to Wembley with  connections into The City and West End. A waterside piazza with cafes, a waterside bar and restaurant and a community centre at its heart.
