MACE  – Level 2  – reception lobby areas .

Ruddy are currently working on the latest MACE  development at Paddington Square. The £2.5 m contract was recently secured for the reception lobby fit – out works on level 2.

The project will create 14 floors of bright, flexible commercial workspace including ‘The Exchange’, a 15,000 sq ft occupier club and terrace, plus four floors of retail, and West London’s highest rooftop restaurant. The mixed-use scheme will offer 360,000sq ft of office space across 18 light-filled floors, four tiers of curated retail, 1.35 acres of comprehensive public realm improvements and West London’s highest rooftop dining experience with views across the city’s skyline.
