BIG Finsbury

Full Cat A and B Fit out including modifications to the Shell and Core provisions with staggered completion for Architects BIG.

The works comprised of completed M&E works to both buildings dry-lining partitioning and raised access floor as the finished floor. The walls finishes were a combination of Birch faced ply and metal panelling which was also incorporated into the finishes of the tea points, cupboards and bespoke joinery. At high level the wall above the panelling were finished with econphon panels. The meeting rooms were glazed partition at the front with manifestation. Econphon rafts were also installed to the ceilings.

W/C washrooms were tiled with 100 x 100 black tiles to floors and IPS back cubicle walls. The ceilings were bespoke black mesh ceiling tiles suspended from the slab with the lighting positioned above. Fixture and fittings were brushed Stainless steel.
